This organic Coteaux Bourguignons is a complex wine with round and soft tanins, full of fresh.

Clayey-schisty-sandy soil on slope. Moderate yields and a late harvest ensure the maturity of the grapes.

Manual harvest at full maturity, whole or destemmed depending on the vintage and stem maturity. Temperature-controlled maceration in the beginning in order to manage alcoholic fermentation speed, daily pump-over and punching in the end.

This new appellation, created by the decree of 24 November 2011, extends over Greater Burgundy from Chablis to Beaujolais. This Coteaux Bourguignons reveals intense aromas of black fruit with spicy notes.

We selected the most authentic terroirs to make this red wine. Moderate yield. Harvested at optimal ripeness.

Vinification in accordance with the best traditional Burgundy methods, followed by long vatting to produce an original wine with a strong identity.

Limestone and marly limestone soil. Stony.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Classic vinification. Aged on fine lees for six to eight months.
