Beaujolais Event by Jean Loron

Sunday July 4th, for the 2021 edition of the bistronomic festival “Bienvenue en Beaujonomie”, Maison jean Loron tried the experience of marrying Beaujolais wines for aging ( Moulin-A-Vent 2013 and Saint-Amour Clos des Billards 2018) with Asian food. And what a treat!

Philippe BARDET, CEO of Maison Jean Loron, has traveled a lot. A vivid memory: Beaujolais wines are a marvelous match with exotic cuisines.
We therefore gave “carte blanche” to the Lyon restaurant “BANH MI KITCHEN” to prepare French-Vietnamese cuisine.
