Plots, between 5 and 75 years old, are exposed on different slopes in the villages of Chardonnay and Plottes. Some of the vines dive their roots into white, clay-limestone plots with poor soils but rich in active limestone, and others, into red, older and deeper soils.
Traditional Burgundian vinification with de-stemmed grapes and temperature control. Maturing on fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel vats.
