The 750 hectares of vines in the Pouilly Fuissé appellation is dominated by the two rocky outcrops of Solutré and Vergisson. This Organic Pouilly-Fuissé gives aromas of grapefruit and apple complemented by an elegant spicy touch of cinnamon, on a background of toast.
The vineyards, located on the villages of Chaintré and Fuissé, aged over 65 years, benefit from an east/south-east orientation and a clay-limestone soil, shallow, very rich. Culture with respect for nature and the environment and according to the methods of Organic Agriculture.
Direct grapes pressing after arrival at the winery. Winemaking in stainless steel vat with an ageing for 12 months on fine lees. No bonding, light filtration.
