When you purchase our wines from our online shop, you benefit from a right of withdrawal: you can change your mind and cancel your order, without having to give any reason. This page explains how to exercise this right, simply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the right of withdrawal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal allows you, as a consumer, to change your mind about a purchase made remotely (on our website) without having to give a reason and without penalty. This is a right guaranteed by the French Consumer Code (Articles L221-18 et seq.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long do you have? (14-day period)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day after the day on which you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) receive your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order delivered in a single shipment: the period starts upon receipt of the parcel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order of several wines delivered separately, or in several lots: the 14-day period starts upon receipt of the last wine, lot or item of your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to exercise your right of withdrawal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have two ways to inform us of your decision to withdraw:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Online, in just a few clicks (recommended)<\/strong>: use our online withdrawal form below, available at all times via the &#8220;Exercise my right of withdrawal&#8221; link at the bottom of every page of our website. After submission, you will immediately receive a time-stamped acknowledgement of receipt by email, confirming the date and time of your request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In writing<\/strong>: by sending us the model withdrawal form reproduced below, or any unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw, by email to boutique@loron.fr or by post to Maison Jean Loron \u2013 1846 Route Nationale 6 \u2013 71570 La Chapelle de Guinchay, France.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that your request be sent before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of products and return costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the wines without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The wines must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in good condition, so that they can be resold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Given the fragile nature of the bottles, we recommend using packaging suitable for transporting wine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return costs are at your expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the wines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you, and at no cost to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may defer the refund until the wines have been recovered or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the return, whichever is the earlier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
