During the formation of the Alps, the tectonic movements that gave rise to Mont Blanc also shaped the hills of Beaujolais, with Mont Brouilly standing as one of the most remarkable witnesses to this ancient geological story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, since 2018, Mont Brouilly&#8217;s designation as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\/iggp\/beaujolais-unesco-global-geopark\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an UNESCO Global Geopark<\/a> has highlighted the richness and uniqueness of its geological heritage.
