Movie >> Installation of 7 big oak barrels
As Autumun is settling in, it’s time for us to install 7 big oak barrels (called “foudres”), taylormade for us in the French tradition by Dargaud&Jaeglé.
The “Foudres” were made with oak from the Tronçais forest in the Allier region. They’ll be used to age certain of our white wines from the Mâconnais the first years.
