• Juliénas “Le Clos des Poulettes” 2022 – Domaine de la Vieille Église

A Juliénas with a deep, bright red colour.

On the palate, it offers an immediate and generous attack, supported by a fine structure and perfectly integrated silky tannins. Elegant and complex, it pairs beautifully with oven-roasted leg of lamb, but will also pleasantly surprise alongside red berry macarons.

• Saint-Véran 2022 – Domaines Auvigue

A Saint-Véran with a bright, clear golden colour.

On the palate, the balance between freshness and roundness is remarkable. Flavours of white fruits such as apple and pear blend harmoniously with delicate lemony notes. The finish is fresh and fruity, revealing lovely aromas of citrus and orange blossom.

An ideal companion for lime-flavoured salmon tartare, and equally refined with almond financiers with orange zest.
