The end of the harvest has come, our wine analysis laboratory is in full swing!

During this wine-making period, the cellarman scrutinize the evolution of their freshly pressed wines.
The analysis laboratory integrated into Maison Jean Loron is also an independent laboratory called Vigne & Vin Conseil from which all winegrowers can benefit on a personal basis.

Composed of 4 oenologists: Emmanuel Charpentier, Patrice Merle, Yoan Pitoiset and Ambre Krebs, this laboratory offers analytical solutions at each stage of wine making. Beyond state-of-the-art equipment, it is a team of experts who offer priority advice: for this, each sample is tasted by a professional.
At the end of September, it was a day that broke all records with almost 1000 samples tasted during the day!
