A Silver Medal for our Mâcon-Chardonnay – Domaines Auvigue

We are proud to announce that Mâcon-Chardonnay, Chardonnay de Chardonnay 2024 has been awarded a silver medal at the 2026 Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

Each year, this prestigious competition rewards the highest-quality wines following blind tastings conducted by professionals and industry experts. This distinction highlights the dedication and expertise of our teams.

This wine comes from parcels aged between 5 and 75 years, located on the slopes of Chardonnay, the historic birthplace of the grape variety. It draws its character from clay-limestone soils and is aged on fine lees for several months. On the nose, it reveals generous aromas of white fruits (vine peach, pear) and citrus. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness, great tension, and elegant minerality. Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas and olives, and also perfect with creamy chicken or a risotto.
