In Montmartre, Beaujolais is also a story told from the heart.

On 12 October, La Bonne Franquette hosted the 2026 Sélection de Montmartre, bringing together nearly 50 wine professionals to taste more than 170 Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages wines.

Beyond technical expertise, what matters here is a wine’s ability to stir emotions, leave a lasting impression and bring people together around a memorable table.

A proud moment for the Domaines Loron team: our Château de la Terrière Beaujolais-Villages 2022 was selected in the “aged reds” category. A 2022 vintage that reminds us that Beaujolais wines can stand the test of time!

This recognition reinforces our belief that Beaujolais-Villages has a rightful place on today’s tables, from fine dining establishments to Paris’s characterful, no-frills bistros, where the wines’ freshness and fruit pair naturally with generous, convivial cuisine.
