While touring the winery, nestled in the heart of a former Romanesque church dating back to the 12th century and entirely renovated, we will share our know-how on the characteristics of white winemaking in southern Burgundy. During this visit, discover the aromatic diversity that wine ageing in oak barrels can bring and the notion of terroir with a premier cru wine.
