Through a tour of our winery located in the heart of a fully renovated 12th-century Romanesque church, we will share with you all the expertise involved in producing the characteristic white wines of Southern Burgundy.

During this visit, we will explore the aromatic diversity that oak barrel aging can provide and discuss the concept of terroir with a plot-specific cuvée.
