“A full, elegant expression of Chardonnay”
Today, Domaine de Chassipol’s vineyard is tied to Domaines Auvigue. It stretches to the very edge of the Mâconnais region, with 22 hectares of vines in the village of Chardonnay, the historic birthplace of the grape variety, between Mâcon and Tournus in southern Burgundy. Here, in its native soil, Chardonnay reveals its beautiful and fine expressions, as expected.
