A 19th-century residence of character overlooking the village of Villié-Morgon, it was once home to the family of the Lumière brothers. The estate has a magnificent cellar that was completely renovated in 2009. More than just an estate, Château Bellevue is also a place to live and share, with its guest rooms and function rooms.
It is surrounded by one of the most beautiful parks in the region, with two-hundred-year-old trees and a variety of flowers all year round.

Château Bellevue
AOP Fleurie
Shallow sandy soil, resting on a saprolite derived from coarse-crystal pink granite. The parcel is located mid-slope on Mont Genas, which rises to 388 meters in altitude. Sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds by La Madone and from the north by Mont Genas, the vines benefit from ideal ripening conditions. An elegant, fruity wine with intense aromas of raspberry and strawberry, enhanced by a delicate floral hint of violet.
AOP Morgon
Vines averaging 40 years of age, planted on East to South-East facing slopes. Sandy-silty soil over a clay deposit with large sandstone blocks. A vibrant Morgon with generous red fruit notes and delicate floral aromas.
AOP Morgon
The vines, over 80 years old on average with 30% of the plot planted more than 110 years ago grow on deep clay soils at the foot of Mont Py. Soils derived from weathered blue stones formed 400 million years ago, rich in magnesium and low in acidity. A nose of stone fruits such as cherry and prunes.
AOP Morgon
Average vine age: 70 years. Vines planted within the walls of the Clos du Château, in the Corcelette Climat: sandy soil low in organic matter, resting on granite bedrock. On the nose, notes of elderflowers, and very ripe fruits with a touch of kirsh and mint.
AOP Morgon
Soil on altered schist and piedmont soil with "blue stones", rich in magnesium, clayey and relatively deep. The nose is intense, rich, and complex, revealing notes of plum, blackberry, and blueberry, combined with spicy and cocoa aromas, all supported by a subtle hint of menthol.
AOP Morgon
Alterite soil of bluestone and shale. The nose is intense, rich, and complex, revealing notes of plum, blackberry, and blueberry, combined with spicy aromas of clove and pepper.
AOP Morgon
The vines are 40 years old and face south and east. They are planted on light brown sandy-silt soils resting on a clay layer with large sandstone blocks. Floral aromas are complemented by more intense fruity notes after aeration.
AOP Fleurie
Its vineyard in Fleurie lies between 260 and 320 meters above sea level, on sandy soils over granite, with eastern exposure. Intense and complex nose. Obvious notes of blackcurrants and
blackberries, progressively complemented by liquorice and black chocolate.
AOP Beaujolais Blanc
The soil is clay-limestone, underlain by 172-million-year-old entrobic limestone. The vines are grown organically, with the soil worked and partially grassed. The nose expresses notes of citrus and vanilla.
